Appointments
To book your appointment, simply follow these steps:
Updated – March 31, 2026: Dr. Reece is not taking new clients at this time. The current waitlist for new clients is approximately 12 weeks (with exception of a medical or other service provider referral). 1-time consultation slots are available when there are cancellations. Please check back as this message is regularly updated.
STEP 1.
Fill out the Appointment Request (below)
- Canadian and US residences are welcome. Fill out the form below or call/text 204-471-8771.
- You will then be contacted directly to set your initial appointment date and time.
- All sessions are held central standard time.
STEP 2.
Intake Forms
- Once your appointment date and time is confirmed.
- you will be directed to fill out intake forms (by each person attending) prior to the first session.
STEP 3.
Session Location and Parking (sessions are being held onsite, by phone, or by zoom)
- The office is located 566 Corydon Ave.
- Street parking is on Corydon Ave. and surrounding side streets.
- For public transportation, take bus number 18 with stops within a block of the building.
- The building is accessible with a ramp located on the east side of the building.
- If your appointment is by Zoom, you will be emailed a Zoom link the day of your session.
- If your appointment is by phone, you will be called at your scheduled time.
STEP 2.
Intake Forms
- Once your appointment date and time is confirmed you will be sent a link to fill out intake forms (by each person attending). These forms are to be completed prior to the first session.
STEP 4.
Payments
- E-transfer, debit, credit cards or cash are accepted.
- For US residents and those living outside of Manitoba, you will be invoiced via Square or PayPal prior to the first session which is to be paid prior to the first session.
