Navigating the array of available support options can be daunting. If you find yourself in this uncertain position, consider the following:

Sex therapy or sexuality counseling is suitable for concerns about sex and intimacy, face psychological or physiological obstacles impacting your sex life, or wish to address intimate or sexual matters. It’s also appropriate if you’re grappling with concerns related to attractions, gender, or feelings of guilt or shame.
Sexual or sex coaching is the right choice if you prefer a more concrete, instructive, and practical approach, with less emphasis on delving into past experiences.
Sex education and consulting is appropriate to learn current research and evidence-based practices and/or to expand your knowledge on aspects of human sexuality.
